How We Work

  • Can I provide special instructions for my team?
    Not only you can, but you should! We understand that every client is different and we want to know exactly how you want your home to be cleaned so we can deliver the quality of work you expect from us. Feel free to communicate any special instruction before we arrive, or you can just leave a note to our team in a visible place.
  • Is the team allowed to receive tips?
    Absolutely and they are greatly appreciated. It can be any amount you deem appropriate. Most of our clients tip the team at the end of each cleaning, some clients even like to give a larger tip at the end of the year.
  • What if something happens during my home cleaning?
    Our client’s satisfaction is our number one priority. Mo Knows Cleaning is licensed and insured, and all employees have worker’s compensation. In the rare event something breaks or gets damaged during our visit, we make every effort to repair or replace the item to your satisfaction.
  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
    We bring our own equipment, but because each client is different and may have different preferences for products, we ask our customers to provide the cleaning supplies they feel more comfortable using in their homes.
  • Do you always send the same team?
    We make every effort to have the same group clean your home on a regular basis. However, circumstances arise and some changes may be necessary. For that reason, we always have a team leader who is responsible for understanding the unique requirements of your home and being familiar with it, is able to instruct the other team members on how to deliver the quality that you expect.
  • Do I have to be home during the house cleaning?
    You don’t have to be home. Most of our customers trust us with their keys, and any codes necessary to enter the property.
  • How do I know I can trust Mo Knows Cleaning?
    Mo Knows Cleaning only hires professionals who have passed a background check and are legal to work in the United States. All of our employees are trained and insured, and have pay great attention to detail, so they can deliver the quality of cleaning you expect from us. We value our company’s reputation and standby our work, if you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 24 hours and we will re-schedule one hour to re-clean the area that did not meet your expectations.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment. Just give us a call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we'll work with you to find a new time that works for your schedule.
