Job Title: Janitorial Services

Job Summary: As a Janitorial Cleaner at Mo Knows Cleaning, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across our residential and commercial customers. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to creating a clean and welcoming space, we invite you to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing designated areas such as offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces.

• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste appropriately.

• Restocking supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.

• Performing minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues.

• Following safety protocols and using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.

• Performing strip and wax procedures on hard floors as needed.

• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to ensure a clear and polished appearance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift/move equipment or supplies when needed.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Schedule and Compensation: There are part-time schedules and night shifts available. You will be paid bi-weekly, 1099 independent contractor. Pay rate to be discussed! Competitive pay is based on experience and performance. Employee of the Month program with recognition on social media platforms and a cash reward.
